feat: 目标站功能逆向与样板库全量采集

- 采集 windoorcraft.com 全部前端路由(42条)、接口清单(约300条)
- 样板库 254 套窗型模板全量采集(清单+分类+drawing_data 绘制数据)
- 留存 16 个核心接口真实响应样本作为数据模型依据
- 输出克隆实施方案(架构/拖拽编辑器复刻/里程碑)与 API 对照文档
- 初始化 README 与 CHANGELOG
